My login details do not work, what should I do?

Please make sure that your details are entered in the right format, for example:

Email: example@example.com
Activation Code: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX



I have not recieved my login details?

Details will be sent out within 48 hours of recieving payment, please be patient. If you still have not recieved your login details after 48 hours, please email us at support@eiresim.com.


My serial no longer works after 5 installations?

We currently have a policy of 5 installations per user for security reasons. If you are unable to use your details after 5 installations (i.e. after changing hardware/OS reinstallation) please contact support@eiresim.com. We will reactive your details so you can continue to install the scenery.


I don't remember my login details (email or serial)?

If you would like a reminder of your serial please contact support@eiresim.com and we will provide you with your original details.
